I decided to create a custom plaque with some of our customer's feedback that we've received over the years. I wanted this piece to be a work of art as well so instead of using a regular plaque with a brass plate I thought I would make something a little different & go with a more natural look. I used 1/8" thick birch plywood for the backing & cardboard for the other layer which I then glued onto the birch board. The wood was laser cut & then the cardboard laser engraved.
